I had the honor of seeing the Chicago Symphony Orchestra perform Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade. I needed a box of Kleenex, it was the waterworks. Rimsky-Korsakov was one of the greatest orchestrationists who ever lived. It is far different to experience it live. Think of the best movie you've ever seen in your life in a dark theater times ten.
