Was it you who said nobody should work in a cubicle? Someone said it on this blog and I agree. "Increasing numbers of young men these days want no part of this nonsense. Instead they're learning hands-on trades, where if successful they end up making much more money than office plankton, have zero college debt, and zero office politics BS to put up with." GOOD. My mechanic, who is indie and not part of any corporate chain aside from whatever deals he does with parts manufacturers, says he just hired an older, knowledgeable guy to help him at the shop and he's hoping it will work out. He says there are lots of hungry, know-almost-nothing young men wanting to essentially apprentice for him, but of course since we are in the modern era, they want to be paid.
