It is perfectly OK to keep some secrets until you die, and these secrets become your power. Though I am sure some conventional psychiatrists would consider me sociopathic or psychopathic for this, I tailor what I say according it to the individual to whom I am saying it. I am never the exact "real me" when I am around another person. Maybe my cats see the real me on occasion but they only talk to each other, so my secrets are safe with them. This means that essentially I am a chameleon who changes colors depending on who I am with, which is a skill I developed partially because I am autistic. It's known as masking. Only I know who I truly am, and honestly, I am still figuring that out. Being yourself is about keeping secrets and tailoring your personality, and that is usually what Ur is about. Your cloak of secrecy about yourself becomes your armor.
