Ugh, I might know what this is about... We had high hopes for the local Y and the water play classes we'd signed the toddler up for there. But last week they sent an email saying "expect a welcome email with important information later this week" and then...no welcome email. I emailed them yesterday asking about the welcome email...nothing. Classes start tomorrow and we're going in without that "important information." :facepalm: Now I'm trying to decide if it'd be better to call tomorrow or not (they don't answer the phone, you have to leave a message so...there may not be time for them to get back to us before the class). Is calling being too pushy? Not calling giving up too easily?
