Work on the house continues. The Ogham was right about Ngetal. I will not share the gruesome details, but I will say that this place requires much more attention than anticipated. On that note I would like to ask the Ogham:
1) is the issue in the attic resolved? 2) will my insulation plan prove to be a good choice? 3) can the tree wait until this fall?
