I don't subscribe to podcasts at all anymore, with one exception: Paul Waggener's "Callsign: Werewolf - Partisan" (available on Gumroad for free (actually choose your payment)). Some of the blogs I follow have podcasts which I usually skip - though Rune Soup's recent one reviewing the Fall of Numenor was actually quite good. In general, I find podcasts, like videos, take too long to deliver minimal content - I much prefer the written word where it is easier to scan and skip ahead to the meaty bits.
Regarding blogs and substacks - top 5: 1. Big Serge [great series on the evolution of warfare] 2. Gold Goats & Guns [goes into how the Fed rate hikes relate to WEF and to Ukraine and the like] 3. Bowalley Road [NZ public intellectual (probably the only one who isn't a former politician) who I disagree with a lot, but is worth reading regardless] 4. The Bounce [NZ sports' journalist] 5. Astral Codex Ten [Rationalist, but thought-provoking]
