I think you are on to something. My daughter had to be seen by an FL doctor before I could get her into school. He said he'd been doing almost nothing but these checks for new kids for three weeks. Plus I've had about 4 Uber drivers in the past 6 weeks who are new to Florida. Lots of people want freedom and sunshine. Smile.
