Interesting! Since we are also in FL, I also wonder if some of it isn't just an influx of people into the area, generally--- fueled by the lockdown insanity in other states. I haven't seen any local county-by-county population stats recently and I've heard most of the fugees moving from CA, CO, and NY are going to the peninsula (not here). But maybe that's some of it?
