Interesting draw this week. So far I think I note the following.
I feel like "You" and "Situation" are very tied together. I realized I had a lot of PTO banked at the beginning of November so I took this month off. My mental health not being at work for them has been amazing, and I've had a lot of time to productively and rapidly make progress on a venture that I started earlier in the year due to looming vaxx mandates. Being full-on my venture shows me just how much splitting my time has hampered progress. I asked previously if leaving my job on my 5 year work anniversary was auspicious but the reading was decidedly no, and my anniversary just passed.
You could definitely say I've narrowed my focus the past two weeks. Laser focused in fact, and the results are very encouraging. Things that I thought ahead about when I started this venture have definitely helped and the approach taken has made the sailing a lot smoother than expected
