Ogham Readings for the Week of October 16, 2022

Whoops! I missed my own deadline so I will be taking Ogham reading requests from whenever this posts on Sunday until 8pm Monday night. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive your reading.

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills. I am happy to receive donations as well, but regardless of your donation status, I appreciate prayers for my success to the deity of your choice. I will take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Monday night.

I will be taking off the last Sunday in December 2022 and the first Sunday of 2023 this year.

New House

Good evening Kimberly,

The work has just begun on our new home. We've been getting bids for work, making plans, and buying material. This place needs a bit more than just new paint colors, but I'm hopeful that we can manage.

I would like to ask the Ogham what I should focus on this week?

My Ogham give you three cards this week.

For the You position, they provide Straif or Resilience well-dignified. At this point, you are demonstrating a "just right" amount of flexibility and compromise. Yes, you will have to make some sacrifices and put some things off, but it does not have to go to an extreme. Make a note of the give and take of this week, it will be informative.

For the Situation, you drew Huath or Obstacles ill-dignified. You may be cornered or forced into doing something you don't feel ready for or don't want to do. This certainly happened to me many times where owning a home is concerned, but be on guard for it to happen elsewhere. At some point, realize that nobody can force you into anything and if you truly don't want it, make your stance very clear and be prepared not to budge. That said, be ready to apply a huge amount of force if it is absolutely called for.

For the Outcome, you drew Ngetal or Hygiene ill-dignified. The Ogham are stating the obvious here and saying that there will be some nasty, dirty places in the home that will need a thorough cleaning. Be aware of the health risks this week though and take care of your health. Safety first!
