Huh! Totally fascinating about diabetes. Given the extraordinary etheric depletion of modern times and people, this could absolutely be true. In my experience, your theory is dead on the money. Despite some in my extended family becoming quite fat over time, they never have become even close to diabetic, and we were blessed with attentive and doting parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents, who cooked good food with love often for large family gatherings.
We'll have to agree to disagree about the number of ppl that need to eat meat; my dad has a natural medicine degree, studied biology in college back when he was young and it wasn't a crock of shite, is an avid researcher of all things health, and is adamant that a majority of the population does far, far better with a little meat than without. Though, he also thinks that eating none is quite a bit better than eating way too much, so your diet would certainly get the thumbs up from him if it was between that and the Americamungous Nightmare Meatfest. I've looked over the evidence he's given me, and have been convinced pretty firmly.
