Ogham Readings on Sundays
Apr. 23rd, 2022 10:08 pm![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills -- but if you want to donate for it, I'll happily buy myself a book, a snack, or a cup of tea while on the town. Please only donate if you can absolutely afford it. I've been there. Your prayers for my continued success are welcome whether you donate or not! I take reading requests until 8pm Central Time (Chicago Illinois USA) on Sunday night.************Readings are concluded for the week of April 24: if you do not see your Ogham reading yet, please be patient as that means I am working my way through them. Please feel free to comment on existing threads and see you next week for more free Ogham readings.*********

Date: 2022-04-24 04:07 am (UTC)I've been trying to learn Tarot for a few months now, but I'm often still baffled by the images so I'd like to cross-check something with you. Just at the moment I'm out of work; but several times I have had the experience of seeing a job posting that might be a possibility, asking about it, and getting a very clear "NO" from the cards. OK, maybe they were all just bad places to work. But it's happened enough that I want to ask: Am I supposed to be doing Something Else with this time, instead of just looking for another job? If so, what?
Thanks very much!

They provide Quert or Delight well-dignified to answer your question. There are other ways to make money than having a job. Nobody knows this better than I do. I have lots of side gigs. For a while, my fiction books on Amazon were pulling in grocery money. For the current moment, I have a sheet music store at https://www.sheetmusicplus.com/publishers/kimberly-steele-sheet-music/3003094 Sheet Music Plus that often covers small bills. If I had time, I would be doing gigs for Fiverr and Upwork. Another way of making money is keeping it in your pocket to begin with... for instance, selling your clutter and becoming a minimalist like this woman: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgnB2QAf3N8
Reducing your space, your needs and wants, and your stuff is money in the bank. Any resiliency measures you can implement, from turning down the temperature on the water heater to growing your own salad greens is money in the bank.

Date: 2022-04-25 12:50 am (UTC)Thank you also for the suggestions on cutting back my expenses. I have been starting down that road and continue to keep it in mind. But let me ask a follow-on question .... Other than securing the wherewithal to sustain myself, does Quert well-dignified indicate anything *specific* that I should be working on instead of a job? Or just "something that delights me"?
Thanks again,
Hosea
