Unfortunately my Ogham say this project is troubled. They reply with Mór or Sea Change ill-dignified, meaning that it's the second one, cruisin' for a bruisin'. Definitely talk to the house spirits before you do any more and maybe try to get their input about why they don't like the proposed changes.
