I was forced to be vaccinated at threat of losing my livelihood, I chose J&J. Thankfully now, I am allowed to use a religious exemption, even though I had a moderate reaction (systemic hives, brain fog, heart palpitations, and so forth for 5 weeks). I mostly feel disgusted with myself for caving, however, I would be in a much worse place today if I didn't, so I try and allow myself some grace. I do my druid cleansing spells and hope for the best.
