Ogham Readings on Mondays
Submit your question or request for a general "what's up this week" reading and I will be happy to oblige! I read between the time I post on Sunday night with a deadline of 8pm Monday night.

I am happy to read your Ogham free of charge -- that's how I hone my divination skills -- but if you want to donate for it, I'll happily buy myself a book, a snack, or a cup of tea while on the town. Please only donate if you can absolutely afford it. I've been there. Your prayers for my continued success are welcome whether you donate or not!
Readings are closed for the week of December 6 but please feel free to comment on existing readings. Please join me next week for more free Ogham readings!

Thank you for your feedback! This is me, not the Ogham talking. I used to be a shelver in the reference section of my local library. From personal experience, I can say confidently that nonfiction does better than fiction at about a 2:1 ratio, meaning that for every fiction book checked out, there are two non-fiction or reference books checked out. Despite the fact that my first official writing efforts were novels, I have known for some time that commercial success as an author (i.e. making a living) is much more likely if you have non-fiction or reference books to sell.
My Ogham say you ought to be talking about Protection. They give Luis or Protection well-dignified. This could mean a bunch of things. For instance, my husband could probably write books on setting up back up servers as this is what he used to do when he had a salary class job -- technically that is protection. I myself am writing a book called Sacred Homemaking about the spirit of place which talks about protecting one's domicile with magic, but not exclusively. If you're a parent writing parenting advice, that would seem to count as protection too. Perhaps you are writing about true crime and do a story about the mafia (very popular section of the library, second only to cookbooks) which is a protection racket. And so on. Hope this helps.
