Ugh, how unfortunate. They're angry that the bright, shiny, materialist future that was supposed to be theirs for the price of attending college has evaporated, leaving a morass of crippling debt and a useless degree. The ones who experience actual deprivation and who learn humility as a result in this lifetime will be the lucky ones, because the ones who don't will make up for it in future incarnations when famine and backbreaking poverty becomes a regular human thing again. The ones who fail even to learn from those cycles of human poverty will reincarnate as non-human animals as the Earth re-wilds in the coming Dark Age. At least that's what I believe.
