Yes, my Ogham say you are doing the right thing by distancing yourself from that person. They give you Onn or Community well-dignified, which is to say in order to bring the community you actually want to surround yourself with, you had to get rid of that person. I've had a similar issue where I had to let go of a friend I've had most of my life because we just cannot see eye to eye anymore. I have cut and cleared this person and wished that they are blessed, however I'd like for them to depart from me for the rest of this incarnation at the very least.
