OSHA's proposal for its 6 month ETS mandate

First glance, this is full of swiss cheese holes that could be used to evade compliance by motivated and clever people. It also lacks a true enforcement mechanism beyond tattle tales, and doesn't enumerate penalties for violation.

The public comment period, lasting for 30 days, begins today. They claim to be seeking comments that more or less affirm their goals, and also comments that would justify them extending this to companies smaller than 100 employees too.

This would be a wonderful time to let them know that passing anything like this will guarantee your vote for the candidate who promises the to break OSHA into a thousand pieces and scatter it in the wind.

...aaand in spite of that, the WH is telling businesses to ignore the court order and go ahead with it.

Because having the president tell businesses to ignore a court order is totally normal and fine, right?
