In the 1960s, the slogan was "Make Love, Not War". That has some tenuous connection to the current slogan "F* It", but the modern version has vastly more ambiguity as to whether it advocates acts of affection or violence. Maybe they don't expect anyone to parse it at all, so it shouldn't be taken to mean anything at all, other than "Someone hurt my feelings."
