I think he is falling apart, but you're right, the play for the nuclear codes being right out in the open (Democrats are the ones who want to strip him of his exclusive rights) seems like an obvious power transfer. I predicted a while back that if Biden got installed it would be the end of the Democratic Party. I think we are seeing the Dems in self-cannibalistic freefall right now, so for once, I may actually be correct.
