I might be nit picking but the thing that looks like wheat that goes across the triangle, I believe you duplicated it and mirrored it right? It seems to me that it is slightly at an angle, the center is lower than the ends, in case you meant it to be straight.

Seconded! Thucydides for the win! (Warning: his book’s REALLY long.)

An update on what I'm seeing with COVID vaccines. My sister has had TWO different nurses tell her they are not getting the vaccine because of fertility concerns and recommend that she not get it either. I personally know another nurse who won't get it. All doctors I know are encouraging everyone to be vaccinated and are themselves getting it. My African American coworkers are avoiding the vaccine, but my white coworkers are scrambling for it. I also seem to have a ton of acquaintances in their 30s and 40s--not working in healthcare or education--somehow jumping the line and getting shots.

If there are eventually fertility effects or other health issues, it will be fascinating to see how this shakes out demographically. It's like a big experiment with race and class.

I ended up making a set of Coelbren popsicle sticks last night. After using them this morning I do like the feel and symbolism. Going to give the Coelbren a whirl for a while.

Black marker for this set. I do like how you did your Ogham set. Especially like the wood tiles. Might do something similar with Coelbren.

It occurred to me a little while back that the simplest way to get the changes predicted in the Great Conjunction chart would be for a sizable portion of the salary class to die off in a messy and very public fashion, while leaving other classes mostly unaffected. When I started looking at the chart in 2018, I dismissed that: I could not think of anything that could cause that, but I'm increasingly thinking that these "vaccines" might do it....

An additional report, from a Navy ship in the Middle East (transporting Marines)where my sister-in-law is an officer. They have just started vaccinating and something like 1/3 to 1/2 of people are not getting the vaccine. The ship is constantly announcing that vaccines are available and trying to get people to come get it.

Until the President authorizes it, the military cannot force soldiers/sailors to get the vaccine.

I am still trying to figure out the nuances between those who want the vaccine and those who don't. Class certainly plays a role, but there is more than class to it. I'm not sure if it's politics? Age/generation cohorts? There's a matrix and I haven't sorted out which combination of factors predicts inclination to be vaccinated. I know plenty of non-PMC people who really want the vaccine. But they are all Baby Boomers. I can't think of any non-PMC people in my acquaintance who are Gen X and want the vaccine. (The millennials I know are all PMC.) People who *aspire* to the PMC, but aren't, also seem to be pro-vaccine. Liberals seem to be more likely to want it, but some conservatives do too...

I've had more than one person say they really wanted the vaccine to people, but in private once I said I wasn't getting it told me that they were really reluctant to get it too, but felt the need to fake it. I think that's a factor too: some people are pretending to want it, but really deep down don't. Since this raises a ton of issues around who fakes it and who doesn't, and the differences between them, I think that that's part of why I think it's so hard to tell.
