I've been sorely disappointed by our Metropolitans over the COVID restrictions. They of all people should know that you can't "attend" liturgy online, or go to confession on the phone. I am starting to see some pushback, but it's from the individual and local parish level, without the support of our hierarchy.

We'll manage, but turning away visitors is... obscene.
