But also, a quick question about Option A: Have we waited too long and missed our chance? (In general, we have done everything we could toward Option D, and continue watching for opportunities to do more; but for A I've hesitated. Been really excited about the possibility, so kept worrying about the best way to do it...so now I wonder.)
