I stand by what I said before: you need to look at your fear of hell in discursive meditation. This is something you should do whether or not you delete social media. Social media is like TV and movies -- it's a double edged sword. It gives and it takes away. I am grateful for TV series that showed me, a total social retard, how to relate to others from various walks of life without having to live the experience. That said, too much TV or movies ends up poisoning us on the astral, and that's the same with games. Maybe moderate your social media. If you find it makes you pissy, turn off the machine and do something else. That's what I did when your replies made me pissy.
As far as the security measure of forcing people to log in, I should have done that long ago. People who think I'm worth it will create the anonymous profile and people who don't will surf elsewhere.
