Hi Kim, this is partially off-topic but I believe a good place to post nonetheless.
The #PledgeToPledgeThePledge seems to have done wonders! By that I don't mean the victory of one man or one side over the other, but the overall circumstances. I woke up this morning to what seems like a clean outcome (Presidency, Senate, House to be determined) significant enough that it should be easier to concede for the losing side and for everyone to accept the new reality. This is great, considering the delays and strife predicted by many.
I'm not from or in the US so it's not my place to be partisan, pro-this or anti-that. I'm happy for the American people (taken as a whole) that it happened this way. I hope my optimism won't prove to be premature.
