You're welcome.

Bluntly, getting older has helped me handle my anger. First of all, getting "to a certain age" has given me a much wider, bird's eye view of the goings-on of the world. I'm not so easily emotionally drawn into a state of froth over anyone's pet cause. I also have arrived at a point where I don't care what anyone thinks of me just as long as I have good reasons to respect myself. I am not a coward, so when people (including people I like and respect) acted like sniveling cowards during the Plandemic, I found the courage to stand against them and later to forgive them, because there are plenty of times when I too have been a sniveling coward. I have a third advantage of being born and raised in the Midwest by masters of Midwestern Nice. Midwestern Nice is a subtle and dangerous art; it can cut like a samurai sword.

My Ogham have three cards of advice for you when it comes to managing your fears.

For the You position, you drew Ngetal or Hygiene well-dignified. Happiness will be yours when you realize what you are beginning to sense now: where you end and where others begin. It is absolutely fine to take a "not my circus, not my monkeys" approach to 98% of the problems you are presented with. You didn't start the fire; it was always burning, so don't worry about it. You have to work on yourself first. You don't need to be rude about it. Just say "No" and get used to saying it all the time. If you want to be Midwestern Nice about it -- and I always do -- make it into "No thank you".

For the Situation, you drew Ruis or Regret ill-dignified. The most constructive way of dealing with your shame and guilt is to look at what you did, say "I'm not proud of that", and firmly resolve not to do that anymore. By doing this, you turn it around by owning it and refusing to partake in it in the future. You set a new track in space that eventually becomes a well-built path and eventually a highway.

For the Outcome, you drew Phagos or Teaching. The Divine wants to help you with this, so reach out to a deity of wisdom and grace and they will likely give you guidance far above and beyond anything I am saying here. This game of anger-being nice-feeling taken advantage of is a cycle that can be broken.
