Nice. Home insurance is truly oppressive. They've forced us to get a new roof when the old one wasn't leaky, just ugly. Then they forced us to get a new porch. My husband is a massively talented carpenter, painter, framer, drywaller, fixer-upperer so luckily he had the porch handled within six months. I guess if we didn't do their bidding we could somehow be sued or evicted by the bank or some crap.
