What does one do about physical obstacles to sleep? In my case it's occasional from back and hip pain usual as one ages. My worst obstacle is terrible cramps in my legs. I've tried all the typical remedies, tried to figure out if it's from diet to no avail. It's not every night but almost seems to go on cycles of several nights of cramps to several with little or none. Any thoughts would be appreciated as I definitely do not wake up refreshed many mornings.
